Internet and other additions

Many people know that the things that benefit the human being not always are convenient or good. While using excessively the internet or taking medicine, it can become easily a habit or even worse, an addiction. To make it clear is said in classes, conference and investigations that an addiction does not precisely refer to drugs or alcohol. To introduce the topic, let’s see a brief definition: addiction is defined as not having control over any activities to the point where it could be harmful to us.
In addition to addiction, not h
aving control over any activities is definitely the most obvious signal to identify someone’s bad habits. For example; the man who daily takes 5 cups of coffee and probably got a headache if at 2:00 pm he has not taken it. Next, a girl who knows she has no money to pay the rent of her apartment buys three pairs of heels. Others examples are the boy who is every 5 minutes checking his social networks and taking a selfie, or the lady who is sitting in the park surfing on the Internet all day.

Here you can find some recommendations about how to stop or control the addiction. First, you can train yourself to make a time limit to change your habits and permanence times on the computer. Second, make a list of things and you can do to prioritize. Last but not least, look for help; you can get it from your family, friends or groups support. People cannot get out of an addiction so easily.
