In my opinion, a big tipping point in the Dominican Republic is the traffic, nowaday is very difficult go to the street because there are a lot of stopper every day, all the time, this situation makes people feel impatient and angry, they play desperate horn above all when they are in the stopper and the line does not advance.
It is lost a lot of time to go from one place to another and that without taking into account what the money expenditure implies on fuel, just thinking that you have to last one hour to two hours to get to a place that will only take you half an hour, it is a tipping point in which the government and the corresponding authorities should think and take action to find a definitive solution.
