Count and non-count nouns
Count or countable nouns are those which we can count. For example:
• An effort/ two, three efforts
• A job/ many jobs
• One monastery/ six monasteries
• One house/ some houses
• A situation/ many situations
Non-count or uncountable nouns are those that we cannot count. Such as:
• justice/ little justice
• peace/ a few peace
• advice/ advice
• education/ not much education
• health/ health
