When you are weak you should have a spiritual renewal 

Everyday people in their life have many spiritual values such as, love ,kindness,honesty,friendly,

ect for sharing and helping others people to solve their problems in their families,jobs, and 

sometimes how they renew their spiritual relation with god.

In every situation you past or have conflict on yourselve because sometimes you are fighting 

with different kind of people with different values and sometimes you have problems with them 

they are acting bad when you notices that, you talk them for correcting their mistake but 

sometimes they don´t accept their reponsability this one of the reason that you should have a

spiritual renewal, because you suffer abuse of them.

Always when you live in spiritual condition or you live in a high moral value sometimes you have conflict with others because they want to make things that according their point of view when you correcting in the right way,they get angry with you . For example,

At my job many people frequently get adsent because they have personal problems or create

a situation for not going to work, when you notices that and talk them, they feel or act bad with you 

they think that you are sneaker.

Another case when you are in the party your friends drink alcohol and smoke with hooka and you don´t use it these habbits they make bullying to you  because you don´t share with them.

For these reasons when you are christian or believe in god you must to renew your spiritual life because you suffer many abuse of the other people but when you believe in god and practice

his teaching you can overwhelm every ball that present in your life.

When you feel weak , or you feel that you don´t have force to fight ,you must to praise and fast for changing your spiritual condition.

Spiritual renewal is the way that you change and feed yourselve spiritual life with the god´s help

that you live most better and you can adquire the knowledge that you solve the problem that comes up you.
