Nowadays is easier for employers observe what their employees are doing during their work time , using cameras everywhere, computers and smart ID badges or other forms of automated surveillance, what it is  an invasive way of keeping an eye on what they are doing during their work time .

Even though employers has their law in their companies , we have to know them and of course,  the rights that we have as employees.
