Last class most of us learned how nouns or adjectives become verbs just by adding "en" or "n" at the end of the word. Mr. Atilano gave us some examples, but I was surfing the net and found some different words, such as:
●Smart-smarten
●Fresh-freshen
●Loose-loosen
●Quick-quicken
●Damp-dampen
●Quiet-quieten
●Sweet-sweeten
●Dead-deaden
We have to be careful with some adjectives and nouns that only have one syllable, we have to dupplicate the last word and add "en". For example:
●Fat-fatten
●Flat-flatten
●Sad-sadden
●Fresh-freshen
●Loose-loosen
●Quick-quicken
●Damp-dampen
