The Internet and Other Addictions

During this unit I have learned a lot about addictions, and now I realized that I am addicted... to coffee, I really, really love coffee, I can drink coffee any time and several times during the day; Well, I noticed that I am addicted because I can't spend the day without coffee, if I don't drink even a sip of coffee in the morning I will spend the whole day with a terrible headache, I will feel uncomfotable and upset with no reason, just because I don't have my coffee!
Now, I found a good advice in order to control my addiction: To reduce little by little the amount of coffee that I drink per day.
