1. Accept your shyness:
One of the first step yo overcome your shyness.If you're then accept it and embrace it totally.


2.Practice Good posture:
Standing tall gives the world the impression that you are selfconfidence and receptive to other.

3.Talk:
Start practicing with some speeches and presentations.

4.Try new things:
Part to overcoming  shyness is about developing confidence in several areas of your life. By practicing new activities you are making yourself selfconfidence.

5.Don't compare yourself to others:
If you compare yourself to others,  this action will make you shyer.
