Spiritual Renewal

Renewing the Spirit is very important and necessary, especially in this time when we all live very extended.

Thank God there are houses of spiritual retreats, monasteries and spaces where you can attend with the purpose of being alone with oneself or with the presence of God.

As Psalm 51 says, verse 10:
"Create in me, O God, a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within me."
All this to have new strength, to be able to walk without getting tired, to be able to run without fatigue and have new strengths like eagles when they raise their wings.
Renewing the spirit should be a discipline for all to relax.
