I work for Claro Dominicana as their employee and there we have a big surveillance departament, theres cameras everywhere to deter robberies. We have also a monitor department they take care of the quality in phone calls, if someone demean a customer they search for the record and the agent is penalized. Obviously the monitors keep an eye on the agents secretly.

The calls are monitored by willy nilly, the employers can eavesdropping the agent while is talking with a costumer. The system save a log of alla the interactions to protect the dignity of the clients. I think the way they do it is good, because is looking for faults to provide a better service.
