"My personal experience"
Six months ago when I had only 2moths working where I am now, I had the worse weeks I have had in a job. In my classroom there was a kid who had  psychological problems which root was his parents divorce, he used to be mad all the time and I just got love for him. He started  hitting  his classmates,disrespecting me and the class activities,once he bit the psychologic and many more details that I will not explain.

The thing is that when the principal,coordinator, psychologic,the boy's parents and me made a meeting, parents did not believe what we said about their son.Then support team decided to install an automatic camera in my classroom.It was not only for checking what that boy was doing,but also for watching everything I do all my classes time.Although I knew his bad behavior was not because of me I felt over drop by that camera,I felt embarrassed and attacked by my own partners.

They used to asked me for simple things that happened during my class which I could not see because I was on the board or things like that. So workplace surveillance is not good at all.
